Update (5/10): Florida is dead as well.

NCSE is reporting that the two anti-evolution bills in Tennessee are effectively “on hold” until next year.

    Thank God! I was getting SO tired of having to back up my research with ACTUAL science. That’s so much work, you know? All that testing takes a lot of time and effort. Now I can just say that Jesus did it instead of looking at all the facts and determining the real cause of phenomena.

    I believe Florida’s legislative session was over as of this past Friday, so I’m expecting confirmation from the NCSE that the bill is dead in that state.
