The Fine Print
Some things to consider. I will not necessarily be responding to (or even reading) comments. I generally do not block comments unless they are off-topic, merely a soap-box for the individual, or clearly spam. I reserve the right to ban persistent offenders. Occasionally a comment will be held up for moderation because it triggers a filter; in particular comments with four or more links will be delayed. Do not resubmit the comment - it will be posted when I get an opportunity. Lastly, commenting get automatically shut down three weeks after the post first appears. Have fun!

Are you sure your ‘t’ in truth under B.S. should be capitalized? I thought science got out of the truth game over a century ago, sticking just to the facts (yes, there is a difference). I have both a B.A. and a B.S. and I have been far better served by the former than the latter.
Karl Marx used to deny the right to comment to his rivals in the 19th century socialist, communist, anarchist community if they didn’t have a doctorate in philosophy!
As Roman Stand-up Philosopher Comicus said : “What’re you, crazy! we gotta get outta here!”
Most people have doubted the wisdom of philosophers ever since.
Student, squinting to make out the fine print on my framed degree on the wall:
“How come you teach biology courses if your degree is in philosophy?”
