The father is of no importance.
It’s an Asian sheepshead (Semicossyphus reticulatus), a type of NW Pacific wrasse (family Labridae).

Are the Asian ones all born female and change sex if/when needed like the ones in California? Favorite part of marine biology camp in grade school! Well, close tie with kissing the sea cucumbers.
